Meeting a Breton land of preserved authenticity

Beyond the discovery of exceptional whiskies with a Celtic soul, your visit to the Celtic Whisky Distillery shop will give you the opportunity to discover a corner of Northern Brittany that is somewhat unknown.

The “Wild” peninsula located in the territory of Larmor-Pleubian bears its name well, as it does not experience the influx of tourists who head for the neighbouring towns of Paimpol and Tréguier. Also, this peninsula has managed to preserve its authenticity and even a certain rusticity. It is therefore the ideal place for an immersion in Breton culture.

The “Wild” peninsula juts out into the sea in the form of a strip of land and sand about 3 kilometres long and just over 100 metres wide. This is the Talbert Trench. In the immediate vicinity you will not find any monumental buildings, but only a few authentic villages and typical Breton chapels and calvaries. Agricultural estates also play an important role.

During a walk, you will feel the pleasant effects of the wind and the iodine air on your cheeks, which have such a positive influence on the whiskies of the distillery.
